Անկախությունը նշանակում ա երկրի ու ժողովուրդի համաձայնությունն ու ազատությունը։ Անկախություն ստանալը հեշտ բան չի, եւ մեկը չի կարող իր անկախություն ստանալ իր նախնտրած ժամանակ։ Ինչպէս կ՛ասեն անկախության ժամանակ պարտություն եւ ժամանակ կործանում չի կարելի, բայց ժամանակ մը մենք կորցրեցինք մեր անկախությունը, բայց նորից ստացանք մեր անկախությունը 1991 Սեպտեմբերի 21-ին։ Կեցցէ՛ք Հայեր Ջան․․․
